Our Natural Path Policy

When you are going to schedule your first session with us, we will send you a Veterinarian Courtesy Form for your Veterinarian to fill out for our records. We respect your companion's Veterinarian and want to let them know that you are interested in our services. The form will give your Vet a chance to tell us that they are current on vaccinations and there are no health concerns at this time. If there is a concern, your Vet will let us know in the best interest of your animal companion. We feel an honest open relationship with your Vet will benefit you and your companion.

For the day of your session, please try to schedule the session 2 hours either before or after your companion has eaten. Make sure there is plenty of fresh water available. If possible, please shut cell phones, TV's and radios off for the duration of the session. Only you and the animal should be present, no visitors should be there to watch or on a busy day when family is in and out of the home. If you have multiple pets, try to keep them in a separate space, for everyone's best interest. This is after all, your animal's session.

Please inform us of any medication the animal is on, prior to visit.

If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hours prior of the session/visit, you will be billed a cancellation & travel expense fee. We need 24 hours notice for a reason. We need to schedule sessions around driving, traffic and the other appointments scheduled around your session for that day.  Since we travel to your home, we will have to charge the fee for the session if your not home, because of our time driving, gas and tolls.

Thank You for your consideration.
